Election Day Information

Election Day: Tuesday, November 4, 2025

To ensure timely processing with Election Day approaching, we have closed the online request form for replacement mail ballots and materials. Voters needing replacement mail ballots or ballot materials—including secrecy envelopes, declaration envelopes, or full ballot packets—should visit a Satellite Election Office (SEO) to obtain these in person.

County Board of Elections

Location: 1400 John F Kennedy Blvd, Room 140, Philadelphia, PA 19107
Hours: Mon – Fri: 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.; Sat – Sun: 10:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.

Council District Satellite Offices

Hours for all locations: Mon – Fri: 10:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.; Sat – Sun: 10:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
